Because it is Holistic, Osteopathy is fantastic ! It is very effective and the earlier you address your pain, the quicker it will disappear (As little as 1 or 2 sessions) However, some pains manifest themselves from chronic stresses on the body and the mind (they go together). These sometimes require a more thorough approach and benefit from a cumulative therapeutic effect. What does this mean ? Each session will contribute to lasting results. But chronic pain is hardwired into the nervous system… Building lasting effects on top of one another will enable you to progressively space out sessions until the new “normal” is permanent comfort ! Yes ! The goal is for you to no longer need me. Packages can be determined after the first session or by enquiring online !
